The Genesee Valley Agri-Business (Ag Park) is a one of a kind, 250 acre shovel-ready site focused on agri-business and food processing industries. On site there is the ability to access robust utility infrastructure including a short line rail spur. The Ag Park has seen tremendous interest and sales flow over the last three years.  In  2011-12 Alpina Foods, LLC constructed a 43,000 sq. ft. yogurt manufacturing facility and Marktec Products, Inc. constructed a 5,000 sq. ft. facility for sales and service of ink jet label printers that are used in the food processing industry.  In 2012-13 Muller Quaker Dairy, LLC completed construction of a 363,000 sq. ft. yogurt manufacturing facility.  Today Dairy Farmers of America has purchased the plant and plans to continue dairy processing operations.
