GCEDC's Housing Support Grows Ivy Village in LeRoy
Project Overview:
Meeting the need for market-rate housing for Genesee County’s active senior population was financially challenging for project owner Eric Biscaro, who sought to turn a LeRoy site into a patio home community.
Project Solution:
The GCEDC’s incentives for market-rate housing provided the project the ability to complete site work and construction of an initial 20 units completed in 2025. A second phase of an additional 20 units was approved in 2025.
