Project Overview:
A leading name in logistics and supply chain solutions, NEXgistics needed a permanent and strategic location for their headquarters and high-bay logistics facility with quick access to the Buffalo-Niagara International Airport.
Project Solution:
Working with the GCEDC, NEXgistics constructed a state-of-the-art 140,000 sq. ft. facility in Pembroke’s industry-ready Interstate 90 corridor to continue their growth.
