The GCEDC Board of Directors will consider a resolution to initiate a State Environmental Quality Review Act (SEQR) review process regarding a revised application from STREAM U.S. Data Centers.

STREAM U.S. Data Centers has submitted a SEQR Development Application proposing three two-story buildings totaling approximately 2.2 million square feet on 60-acre and 30-acre parcels at STAMP. An additional 40 acres will be utilized as temporary construction logistics areas in support of the project.

The full SEQR Development Application is available at www.gcedc.com/projects.

The proposed resolution is a procedural step to start the SEQR review process. Any land sales or financial incentives will be publicly considered at a later date, and cannot be completed prior to completion of the SEQR review process.

Following issuance of the Final Generic Environmental Impact Statement (GEIS) in 2012, all projects proposed at STAMP have been reviewed to determine if they will result in any significant adverse environmental impact that were not addressed in the STAMP GEIS.

The GCEDC Board of Directors will meet on Thursday, December 18 at 4 p.m. in the Innovation Zone, 99 MedTech Drive, Batavia, NY.
