Property Development & Management
The GCEDC assists interested parties with development and management of sites and buildings through our Property Development Consulting Practice. Our integrated and comprehensive consulting approach includes the following aspects involved in the successful development of sites and buildings. Various aspects of our consulting include the following:
Site and Building Review:
- Conduct site or building needs assessment
- Identify and review possible environmental concerns
- Provide contacts and information for environmental research as needed
Compliance Review:
- Host "All Involved Parties" meeting discussing proposed project with local agencies to identify current zoning codes and regulations
- Assistance with any needed permit applications
- Act as liaison between company and municipality throughout the project
Site and Building Development Funding:
- Will help identify potential sources of grant and low interest loan funding to help with cost of infrastructure, facility and land developmentt
Marketing:
- Addition of site or building to GCEDC inventory list of available properties as well as other property search sites including New York State Site Finder and Loopnet
- Identify alternative sources of marketing funding through partner organizations
- Notification of all GCEDC marketing outreach programs
