1st Occupant of Pembroke Commerce Park to Break Ground Posted on Jul 28, 2009 by ttrav
Professional Turf Services of Grand Island and Lockport will officially break ground on a 12,500 square foot facility in the Pembroke Commerce Park, located at the intersection of Routes 5 and 77 in Pembroke, Friday, August 1st at 10AM.

Those in attendance will include owner, Richard Snyder, Assemblyman Steve Hawley, County Legislative Chair Mary Pat Hancock and Legislator Annie Lawrence.

The company, which distributes fertilizer for golf courses, will expand its reach into eastern Erie, Genesee and Monroe Counties from its new facility. "It's the first occupant for our Pembroke Commerce Park," said Senior Vice President of Business Development Chris Suozzi. "Having an operating business at the park is a huge asset that improves visibility and makes the site easier to market," added Suozzi. The press and public are welcome to attend.
