Mr. Andrews is a director of Freed, Maxick & Battaglia, CPA's P.C., and RSM McGladrey, Inc. formerly Battaglia, Andrews & Moag, P.C. As a director Mr. Andrews has been responsible for audits of organizations such as public school districts, commercial enterprises and non-profit organizations, as well as performing tax preparation and planning services. Mr. Andrews is the current Chairman of the Genesee County Economic Development Center and has held this capacity since 1991. He was also the past President and board member of the Genesee Community College Foundation, former board member and treasurer on the Board of United Memorial Medical Center and former trustee of St. Joseph's Church in Batavia, New York.
Mr. Vincent is President of L-Brooke Farms, Inc. and affiliated companies, a 7000+ acre processing vegetable and grain farm in Western New York. Affiliated companies include: Baker-Brook Dairy, LLC, a 750 cow dairy, and Synergy, LLC, focused on the production linkages from biotechnology and nutritional research to companies developing specific health and nutritional products. Mr. Vincent is Chairman of the New York State Advisory Council on Agriculture and currently serves as one of Cornell's representatives on the Council of Agricultural Research, Extension and Teaching; as well as the College of Agriculture & Life Sciences Advisory Council and Extension Advisory Council. Mr. Vincent is Secretary of the National Council of Agricultural Research, Extension and Teaching and serves on its Executive Committee.
Owner and Treasurer of Upson-Maybach Inc. with over 30 years business experience, Mr. Upson is the current Genesee County Legislator -8th District and serves as Vice-Chair of the Legislature. He is a member of the City of Batavia Republican Committee, Genesee County Planning Board, and past member of Genesee County Chapter 1169 EAA and past Chairman of the City of Batavia Municipal Services Steering Committee. Mr. Upson also served on the City of Batavia Planning Board for six years, two of which were as Chairman, seven years as a YMCA board member, 17 years with the Rotary Club of Batavia and Paul Harris Fellow. He is also the President of the Upson Family Association of America and an active board member Holland Land Office Museum.
Mr. Hinchey is the Chief Operating Officer of P.W. Minor & Son Inc., a one hundred forty year old footwear manufacturer and wholesaler for which he has worked for over 30 years, He is also currently President of Prime Materials Corporation, a wholly owned subsidiary of P. W. Minor & Son Inc. which manufactures foam products for commercial and industrial applications. He has a BA from Hobart College and an MBA from Rochester Institute of Technology.
Mr. Benton spent over 40 years in the machining and tooling industries. Mr. Benton started Elba Electronetics in 1962 doing Electrical Discharge Machining (EDM) and manufacturing tooling for the sheet metal industry under the name of Elba Tool Co. That continued until 1990 when he sold his company to Amada Engineering & Service Company. Mr. Benton stayed on and worked at Amada until his retirement in June 2000. Currently Mr. Benton runs Benton Machine & Prototype, a light machining business, and is owner/operator of Bethany Airpark LCC.
Mr. Cook is the President and CEO of Liberty Pumps and has served in this capacity since 1975. Liberty Pumps, located in Bergen, New York was founded in 1965. As a privately held, family owned company with focused direction, Liberty has grown to become a Rochester Top 100 Company and leading domestic manufacturer of sump, sewage and effluent pumps for the professional trade in North America. Mr. Cook earned his BS in Aeronautics from Parks College of Aeronautical Technology of St. Louis University and served in the United States Army. He has served in numerous community roles including past chairman of the Genesee County Comprehensive Plan Steering Committee (2002-2006), Genesee Community College Foundation Annual Campaign (2001-2002) and the GCC Workforce Development Advisory Committee (1994-1998). Mr Cook Currently serves on the Board of Directors of the Genesee Patrons Cooperative Insurance Company (since 1988), Sump and Sewage Pump Manufacturers Association (since 1975), Genesee County Chamber of Commerce Business Development Committee (since 1994), Bergen Business and Civic Association (since 1988). Mr Cook graduated from the Leadership Genesee Program in 2003 and was a past member of the Federal Reserve Bank of New York Small Business Advisory Committee, the Genesee Community College Foundation, the Genesee County Chamber of Commerce Board (Vice Chair) and the Gillam Grant Community Center Board of Directors (Vice Chair).
