FOR DRAFT GENERIC ENVIRONMENTAL IMPACT STATEMENT

FOR THE STAMP PROJECT PROPOSED TO BE LOCATED IN THE TOWN OF ALABAMA

PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that the written comment period for the Draft
Generic Environmental Impact Statement prepared pursuant to the New York State
Environmental Quality Review Act for the STAMP project (“DGEIS”) has been
extended to June 23, 2011.
