The GCEDC has also partnered with other Genesee County organizations to expand the expertise and guidance that we can offer your business. Through collaboration, the sharing of ideas, and the opportunity to get your questions answered, your business has an even greater propensity to succeed.

Property Development and Management - The GCEDC worked in conjunction with private and public partners to develop 6 corporate parks with total acreage exceeding 600 acres, strategically located along Genesee County's three NYS Thruway exits. The GCEDC also owns and manages a 110,000 sf incubator facility and aids in the expansion of existing facilities.

Consulting Services - We offer business and financial assessments, site selection services, and property development and management, including marketing, financing, gaining municipal approval, infrastructure development, and property management.

• Consulting grants for small/medium businesses via the Business Competitiveness & Industrial Effectiveness Program
